Refund and Cancellation Policy for The Path of Joy Foundation 

• The Path of Joy Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to workshops as necessary.
• The donations made to the Foundation including for workshops are 100% refundable.
• For refund request should come from your registered email id to info.devicircle@gmail.com.
• No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted.
• The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification , in writing with supporting receipt of payment. 
• The refunds will be credited to the respective credit card/ bank account. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed. 
• We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.
