This document is a legally binding agreement between you as the “User” (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your”, or “User”, as the context may require) and us as “Devicircle” which is the name of the website (hereinafter may be referred to interchangeably as “we”, “our” or “Foundation”).

3. ABOUT THE WEBSITE AND YOUR ENGAGEMENT
This Website is primarily and solely intended to provide spiritual educational material like PDF Books, Music, Audio/video content, workshop updates, through the Website, the Users can acquaint about the particulars, work and activities of Foundation and also engage with the Foundation by signing up as a subscriber, partnering with the Foundation or by donating to the Foundation.
4. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and all intellectual property rights in all material and content presented on the Website (including but not limited to text, audio, video or graphical images), trademarks and logos appearing on this Website are the property of the Foundation and are protected under applicable Indian laws. You agree not to use any framing techniques to enclose any trademark or logo or other proprietary information of the Foundation; or remove, conceal or obliterate any copyright or other proprietary notice or source identifier included in the Website, any infringement shall be vigorously defended and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD SECURITY
While making an online donation to the Foundation, the Foundation shall not be responsible for any credit/debit card information, net banking transactions, data security or data protection since any online donation to the Foundation is entirely managed by our payment gateway partner and the payment gateway partner shall be entirely responsible for such card information, its security and transactions related thereto.
6.1 Refund and Cancellation Policy for The Path of Joy Foundation
- The Path of Joy Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to workshops as necessary.
- The donations made to the Foundation including for workshops are 100% refundable.
- For refund request should come from your registered email id to info.devicircle@gmail.com.
- No other mode of communication for refund requests will be accepted.
- The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification , in writing with supporting receipt of payment.
- The refunds will be credited to the respective credit card/ bank account. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.
- We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
7.1 ACCESS AND EXTERNAL LINKS
Your access to and use of this Website is governed by the terms and conditions contained herein and all applicable laws. By accessing and using this Website, it is construed that the terms and conditions herein have been accepted by you unconditionally without any limitation or qualification.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
